Return Policy

No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Wrong Size Selection


All products (unless otherwise specified) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the size charts carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Your order number


We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Lost Orders & Shipping Issues


If your order is lost in transit, please allow up to 4 weeks for investigation. If the carrier confirms a lost package, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Address Issues & Failed Deliveries


If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We cannot refund items returned due to address errors.
